PILATES
WITH HOLS

Consistency is more important than perfection.Â
‘You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.’

Benefits of PilatesÂ
For those looking to exercise their body holistically, Pilates is ideal. It works the body from top to toe, improving strength, tone, flexibility, and postural alignment. It encompasses a mind-body approach in which our breathing becomes integral to moving with ease and control. Breath and movement work together to bring us into a state of balance and tranquillity, which allows us to move more effectively and efficiently.
The Body Control Method
I undertook my matwork training with Body Control Pilates, the internationally renowned Pilates education provider and founding member of the Society for the Pilates Method. Their approach of breaking down the classical matwork ensures that people prioritise safe and effective movement whilst still getting the most out of their Pilates workout. This provides a strong base upon which to develop the more advanced matwork repertoire.
